About piezo drivers
A piezo driver is the driver that runs a piezo actuator. A piezoelectric element responds at high speed to very small changes in applied voltage, so the quality of the driver determines how well the actuator performs.
The element inside a piezo actuator stores charge like a capacitor, which means the driver has to absorb current as well as supply it. The graph shows the relationship: the current leads the voltage by a quarter of a wavelength.
